First of all, it is important to practice and repeat a lot. You can always contact our instructor to find out what you are doing wrong. Besides the pole fitness box, it is also important to take regular classes from a good, certified instructor who can help you with the technique(s) you are working on at home.
Yes, it is! The most important thing is that you have fun and enjoy your sport. Make sure that you do not get too reckless and listen to your body. Always make sure to warm up and cool down properly
Ask your doctor or physio for advice, they can tell you best if you can do sports. If you are allowed to sport, then your build-up is very important. Build up slowly, cool down properly and listen to your body. Also reserve a little extra time at the end of your training to do some specific (strength/ stretch) exercises for better recovery of your injury.
Always check with your doctor/ gynaecologist first whether you can do sports. If you are allowed to exercise and you already have pole experience, then you can train without problems. However it is important to adjust your average training. Maybe there are some techniques that are clever to delay. Listen carefully to your body and reduce in time. Ask your doctor/ gynaecologist for advice.
No, this is not necessary. You learn the basic techniques in the basic box. When you have mastered these techniques, you can move on to the next level, the intermediate box.

No, this is not necessary. The more classes you attend, the stronger and more flexible you will become. By starting with the basic box, you work on your strength, flexibility and general fitness. You will automatically learn the techniques of the basic box and eventually of the next level box.
The professional poles are made to handle a lot of forces. So, it is not a problem to start this sport if you are heavy.
This sport is practised by many men. In the championships, there are specific men’s categories and in the lessons, it is normal for men to participate.
For pole sports, you need the grip of your skin. With too much clothing, you will have no grip on the pole. If you participate in the pole basic box, we recommend you wear (short sports shorts>) athletic shorts and a t-shirt (without sleeves) or a sports top. You do not need to wear shoes. You can do pole sports on your bare feet. If you are progressing to an advanced or extreme level, we recommend that you wear a sports top with bare belly. Also take off jewellery like rings and bracelets.
You can book an online class via this link [link]. If this does not work, please send an email to info@polefitness.com.
There is no polefitness.com app yet, but you can certainly watch the techniques on your phone. On every device that has access to the internet you can open your account to support your training with new techniques and combinations.
After the 4 months basic course you are automatically subscribed to the intermediate level subscription. You receive 50 techniques in the first month and 15 new techniques every following month. From this month onwards you pay for the intermediate level subscription.
